The New Zealand A rmy Band presents 'New Zealand Army Band Live\,' a free concert in the Chri stchurch Town Hall auditorium on Sunday the 12th of July. This family-frien dly event will be the first concert in the Christchurch Town Hall post lock down. 'New Zealand Army Band Live' features the band in its many and varied styles from traditional brass band to big band to the latest hits. The con cert will feature soloists with in the band as well as guest artists violin ist Fiona Pears and jazz trombonist Rodger Fox.
For those who can not make it the concert will be livestreamed on www.b rassbanned.com as part of the virtual NZ Brass Band Championship\, an o nline event taking place over 11 and 12 July to replace the cancelled NZ Br ass Band Association's national contest.
